“When my husband and I visited my Uncle Phil in May, we greatly appreciated all of you. You take excellent care of Uncle Phil and all the residents with dedication and compassion. You show them respect and offer them choices. You anticipate their needs even when they're unaware. You're prompt to act. For example, when Phil's hips hurt badly after walking, I mentioned we needed Tylenol, but I hadn't asked a staff member yet. John, who was walking by, heard my comment and instantly brought the Tylenol over. Although we miss Uncle Phil terribly from two states away, it gives us peace to know he's in good hands.”
